some issues encountered
faulty air conditioning unhelpful staff
I found a couple of significant issues. the air conditioning in my room did not function properly. it made the room uncomfortably warm. This impacted my sleep quality. organisation at reception seemed problematic upon arrival. the staff there did not come across as particularly cute.

friendly staff comfortable bed
I found the check-in process very smooth. abby was really helpful and friendly. The room was also nice with a comfortable bed. the food was lovely, and i greatly appreciated the prompt service and quality of the meals!
The air conditioning in my room did not work. It reminded me of a fridge, especially since it was december. also, i noticed some holes in the towels and the shower gel dispenser was empty, disappointing.

the beautiful king room on the second floor was very spacious and comfortable. i appreciate the size of the room and amenities it had. this room contributed positively to my stay.

The pool was great. I used it a few times with the kids and they enjoyed it. i also used the gym and felt really relaxed using it. the hotel is fine and offers diverse amenities.

the breakfast was included with my room. it was an all-you-can-eat buffet, so good. the staff was professional and nice! overall, the service added to a very relaxing and convenient stay.

Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and quite spacious. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. It featured a wide variety of options. The location was excellent with easy access to many attractions (i explored the city center!).

The room included a comfortable king size bed and a flat screen tv. It featured ample storage space within the wardrobe. The bathroom had complimentary toiletries and fresh towels every day.

Staff members at the reception were always available to help with directions. The concierge service was efficient at handling luggage. Room service was prompt and the staff were always courteous.

luxurious feel well trained staff large room noisy room poor facilities poor handling
The entrance hall had a luxurious feel! the staff were friendly, and very knowledgeable. i stayed in a large room. I couldn't hear anything from the corridors or outside.
My room was very noisy, not romantic. the facilities were poor, it affected my rest. i even lost something valuable. The hotel did not handle it well.
