faulty air conditioningunhelpful staff
I found a couple of significant issues. the air conditioning in my room did not function properly. it made the room uncomfortably warm. This impacted my sleep quality. organisation at reception seemed problematic upon arrival. the staff there did not come across as particularly cute.

I found the check-in process very smooth. abby was really helpful and friendly. The room was also nice with a comfortable bed. the food was lovely, and i greatly appreciated the prompt service and quality of the meals!
The air conditioning in my room did not work. It was like a fridge, especially since it was december. also, i noticed some holes in the towels and the shower gel dispenser was empty, disappointing.

Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and quite spacious. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. It featured a wide variety of options. The location was excellent with easy access to many attractions (i explored the city center!).

The entrance hall had a luxurious feel! the staff were friendly, and very knowledgeable. i stayed in a large room. I couldn't hear anything from the corridors or outside.
My room was very noisy, not romantic. the facilities were poor, it affected my rest. i even lost something valuable. The hotel did not handle it well.
